CECILIA + SCOTT HIGHLIGHT FILM
Tuesday, January 17, 2012 at 12:20AM We have a very special treat this week, because Cecila and Scott's highlight video is hot off the press! This wedding was a complete joy to film and edit. My new friends, Cecilia and Scott, had their wedding at the Thursday Club in San Diego and it was B-E-A-UTIFUL! From Cecilia's stunning vintage style dress to the hand-made decor made from the paper of old books, this wedding was gorgeous. The paper flower decor was definitely a great DIY idea. But what really made this wedding all so magical was of course the bride and groom. These two were so much fun to film. I always enjoy it when the couple I work for not only tolerates my goofyness but can match it! LOL. There were also quite a bit of tears in this wedding. I especially love Cecilia's smile when she's trying hold em back. Anyway, I hope you enjoy the film!

Hello Matt – videographer extraordinaire! When you and your assistant first entered the frenzied chaos that was the bridal suite, I was almost certain you’d spin around and march straight out. In a throng of half dressed girls, curling irons and far-flung shoes, you maintained your composure and exuded a calming presence. Our bride arrived and you managed to capture the behind-the-scenes moments, distilling from it a wondrous, dream-like sequence. The whole video, in fact, was dream-like and better than anything I can pull from memory. Thanks for this amazing work of art. It is a true relic of romance and I wouldn’t want anything less for Scott and my best friend, Cecilia.
What can I say?! I am speechless and extremely happy! This highlight film is beyond amazing and the person behind the camera is very talented! Matt, you did such an awesome job at capturing the special moments, putting an artistic touch to it, and your ability to stir up emotions is a gift. It takes some serious skill to be able to make a bunch of people to cry with joy over and over again. I never want to stop watching this video (who knows how many times I've seen it in less than a 24 hour time span!). I've posted the link to this video on my Facebook and everyone has praised its beauty and how truly mesmerizing it is. I've also made my bridesmaids promise to use you as their videographer for their special days in the future, and I already know of some married people who want to get remarried or find an excuse to get a video like this (I don't think you'll have problems finding clients...). Thank you so much for creating something so magical and that we can cherish forever and thank you so much for considering us your new friends (we share the sentiment!). I hope we can work together again in the future because it was a great experience working with you on our special day! Bravo to the coolest videographer I know!!! :)
